Transparent pricing is a choice, not an accident.
A great deal of concierge medicine treats price as something to be negotiated in person, revealed only once a prospective patient is far enough into the funnel to feel committed. We find that backwards. The decision to join a concierge practice is a financial one as much as a medical one, and you deserve to weigh it with the actual numbers in front of you — not after a consultation designed to soften you up first.
So we list the tiers plainly: Wellness at $99 per month and Premium at $475 per month. That is the cost of membership. What membership buys — the access, the time, the integrated care across our service lines — is described in detail on the membership page. But the price itself is not a secret you have to earn.
Membership versus medical costs
The monthly membership fee buys the concierge relationship: extended appointment time, direct access to the team, continuity of care, and coordination across the practice's specialties. It is distinct from the cost of specific medical services, medications, labs, and procedures, which are billed separately and, where applicable, through insurance. Our practice is a hybrid one — members who use insurance and members who pay cash are welcomed equally, and the membership tier is not contingent on either choice.
Certain programs — GLP-1 weight-management medications, for example — carry their own costs in addition to membership. We will always be clear about what is included in the fee and what sits outside it.

The right tier depends on how you intend to use the practice — how much access you want, how many specialties you expect to draw on, and whether you are enrolling family. A short consultation is the easiest way to match the tier to your situation, but you walk into that conversation already knowing the prices. That is the point.
