The team

An integrated team. One coordinated approach.

Concierge medicine works because the providers actually know each other — and you. Dr. Sadeghi and Dr. Kalra anchor the gastroenterology and primary-care continuity, joined by an integrated specialty team across cardiology, psychology, nutrition, and dietetics.

How we collaborate

Specialists who collaborate, not silos that coexist.

An eight-line specialty practice can fragment into eight independent offices that happen to share a lobby. We do not run that. Our physicians share patient context with consent, coordinate referrals internally rather than externally, and meet weekly to review complex cases as a team.

For members, that's the practical experience: your gastroenterologist already knows what your primary care provider noted at your last visit. Your weight-loss program coordinates with your hormone optimization plan. Your mental health support has access to your overall care picture. The medicine is more responsive because the team is.
